Meet The team

James F. Healy – Chairman of the Board
James Healy is Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Development and Strategy for Icahn Automotive Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises. James is also an adjunct professor at USC's Marshall School of Business and an advisor to the Phoenix Rising Football Club. Prior to IAG, James was Vice President of Business Development at FastPay, and before FastPay, James spent five years with GE Capital. During business school, James worked for Goldman Sachs and The Carlyle Group, and he started his career with Ford Motor Company. James earned his MBA from Georgetown University and his Bachelor's degree from Villanova University.

Clancy Healy – Chief Executive Officer
Clancy Healy works as the Advancement Associate at The Woodlynde School in Strafford, PA. Her current role with Woodlynde, and as the former Assistant to the Executive Director at BWSF, is helping her gain valuable knowledge of non-profit scholarships. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Providence College in 2013.

Lisa C. Leonard – Director
Lisa C. Leonard has been an educator for over 30 years and is currently a teacher of English at the middle school level. Lisa received her Master of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Norton, MA.

Christine Healy – Chief Marketing Officer
Christine Healy is a Marketing Communications Specialist with extensive experience developing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for clients in the health care, education, nonprofit, and real estate sectors. She began her career in Boston working for advertising agencies. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Minor in Writing from Providence College.

Timothy Donovan – Director
Tim Donovan is VP Legislative Affairs for Competitive Carriers Association, the nation's leading association for competitive wireless providers and stakeholders across the United States. In this capacity, he leads the Association's legislative advocacy before policymakers on issues impacting competitive carriers, including spectrum policy, competition policy, and universal service. Donovan holds a Bachelor's degree from Providence College, where he majored in English with a Minor in Political Science. 
He is an active member of the Washington Irish Rugby
Football Club.

Brittany Healy Sadler – Chief Technology Officer
Brittany H. Sadler is the Director of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) office onboard Naval Air Station Sigonella in Sicily, Italy. NMCRS is a non-profit organization assisting Sailors and Marines with financial needs. Brittany earned her Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies from Roger Williams University.

Kevin Sadler – Director
Kevin Sadler is a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy. Kevin has been on active duty since 2006 serving as a Hospital Corpsman. Currently, he is station at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily, Italy. Kevin earned a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration from Roger Williams University and is now pursuing a Master's degree in Sports and Health Sciences from America Military University.

Caitlin Healy – Chief Risk Officer
Caitlin Healy is currently working for Naugatuck Public Schools while attending classes Naugatuck Valley Community College. She attended Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. Caitlin has returned to school with plans of applying to Nursing School or Radiation Therapy School.

Nicholas Sheehan – Director
Nicholas Sheehan is a Special Consultant at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center (HCRC) in San Francisco. Prior to joining the HCRC, Nick was a Skadden Fellow at Advocates for Children of New York, where his work focused on ending the "school-to-prison pipeline" in New York City. He received his J.D. from Georgetown Law in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, in December 2005.

Rory Healy – Chief Financial Officer
Rory T. Healy is an Audit Associate with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the Stamford office. She is currently working towards obtaining her CPA license in the state of Connecticut. She received her Bachelors in Accountancy from Providence College.

Ali Gusberg Healy– Director
Ali Healy graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She spent a year in medical school at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine, after which she decided to change course and pursue her passion for writing. She worked as a copywriter for an advertising agency in New York City, where she also performed standup comedy, before moving to Los Angeles to take a job working for a showrunner at NBCUniversal where she helped produce multiple comedy pilots for television.
She currently writes for an upcoming comedy TV show on Amazon Prime.

Roisin Healy – Secretary
Roisin is an undergraduate student at the University of Connecticut, majoring in psychological sciences and minoring in neuroscience. She is a research assistant in Dr. Yee's Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at UConn. Recently, she expanded her experience in the field of psychology through an internship with the Klingberg Family Centers. 

Owen Kiernan – Director
Owen Kiernan is a Defined Contribution Investment Specialist at MFS Investment Management. He helps Financial Advisors and Consultants drive plan and participant success as well as position MFS funds in the retirement market on all platforms and products. Working with small and large market plans in the Pacific Southwest and Mid Atlantic region. Owen holds the series 6, 63 and 7 licenses, as well as a Certified Fund Specialist designation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Providence College.

Dane Healy – Treasurer
Dane Healy is a Senior Tax Compliance Manager at Medtronics. Dane specializes in indirect tax compliance and oversees the completion of sales/use tax returns, state and local audits, and tax coding for his company. Dane received his Master's degree in Taxation from Bryant University in 2015. He holds his Bachelor's degree from Providence College.

Michael F. Lettiero – Director

Michael Lettiero is an experienced insurance coverage and general liability defense litigator who has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country. He handles cases involving complex issues of insurance coverage and allegations of bad faith, an is regularly called upon to prepare coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters. He also has extensive experience defending clients in actions involving personal injury, product liability, subrogation, and truck accidents.

While at the University of Connecticut Law School, Mike was the Book Review Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a quarterfinalist in the William Davis Mock Trial Competition. He interned as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Peter Dorsey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Ryan Boland– Director

Ryan Boland is Chief Executive Officer of the D'Addario Family Office and a partner in DADA Holdings. Previously Ryan was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan having worked in the Investment Bank and Private Bank in New York, London, and Chicago.

Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Villanova University and currently lives in Chicago with his wife, Meghan, and daughters, Abigail and Madison.

Sullivan Healy – Director

Sullivan P. Healy is a financial analyst at Portfolio Advisors, LLC. He works as an Investment Analyst in the firm's Real Estate Investment Fund Management and Advisory practice. Sullivan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Real Estate from Villanova University. During his time at Villanova he held internships at KPMG, GE Capital and Equus Capital Partners
