4th Annual Run for Scholars
On October 21, 2023, the Foundation hosted its 4th Annual Run for Scholars. Participants, including donors, friends, foundation officers and board members, ran/walked in support of future Healy scholars.
The team “moved” a total of 173 miles across 21 different cities, surpassing the event’s $10,000 goal!

Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon 2023
On June 11, 2023, The Healy Foundation Team completed the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon in San Francisco, CA!!
We were thrilled to have been chosen as one of the 7 charity partners of the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon! Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon attracts World Champions, Olympic Medalists and the best amateur triathletes from 50 states and over 50 countries. They put their endurance and adventurous spirit to the test as they take on San Francisco's legendary Bay, steep hills, and rugged terrain. Consistently ranked as a must-do event among triathletes, this race draws thousands each summer to find out who has what it takes to ESCAPE!
The Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon features a 1.5-mile swim from Alcatraz Island to the shores of the St. Francis Yacht Club, a grueling 18-mile bike ride, & a demanding 8-mile run through the trails of the Golden Gate Recreational Area.
Congratulations to Escape From Alcatraz, for a successful event and thank you to everyone who donated, reached out and supported our team through the finish line!!
